 Children's Birthday Party

Books and Brushes Party - ages 5 and younger
Let us know your child's favorite book and we will read it and create a ceramic piece that correlates with the story.  At least one adult must be present per child. 
Books and Brushes parties are held any day of the week from 10:30 - Noon. Minimum number of children is 10 on Saturday and Sunday and 6 on Mon - Thurs.  Cost is $ 18 per child plus a $25 party fee. All paints are non toxic and wash easity out of clothes, skin, etc.
 Custom Wood Pallet Parties
A custom made 12 x 12 wood pallet will be waiting for you and your party guests to create the design of your choice.  Custom stencils can be created based on your theme or any inspirational quotes or sayings you would like.  Great party for tweens/teens or older children/adults. $29 per person.  Party minimum persons 10. Final headcount and design/quote required 7 days in advance.  We ask that you be certain of your final headcount as stencils and pallets will be prepared ahead of time.  There will be a charge of $8 per no show over the headcount of 10
Larger wood pallets can be made based on your needs for an upcharge depending on size.  Please call for details.
 
Canvas Painting Parties 
You can choose from our kids gallery for a 12 x 12 canvas or our teen/adult gallery for a 16 x 20 canvas option or have us create a special canvas for your party (additional fee) 
Glitter is always free !!

 12 x 12 canvas design 1.5 hours of party time.  $220 for up to 10 persons ( additional guests $20 per person).  16 person max during walk in studio hours.  If you want to invite more guests consider having your party before or after studio hours.  Designs under "kids gallery"

16 x 20 canvas -design  2 hours of party time $ 280 for up to 10 persons ( additional guests $25 per persons )  12 person max during walk in studio hours.  If you want to invite more guests consider having your party before or after studio hours.  Designs under "teen/adult gallery". We will let you know if your choice of painting requires more than 2 hours as there are some more detailed designs in this gallery

Tween/Teen Canvas Party - each child gets to choose a different painting from our gallery.  Recommended for those who do not require much instruction and can read and follow the instructions given with each design.  All our designs come with tracing patterns and step by step instructions.  Canvas choices must be called or emailed into the studio at least 24 hours in advance.  Can choose 12 x 12 or 16 x 20 options and instructors will be with your party to help.  $22  for 12 x 12 and $ 28 for 16 x 20 designs.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • The birthday child will receive a custom ceramic plate with their name and age on it created by Gone Paintin', painted, fired and ready to take home and eat off it.
  • Aprons provided for everyone
  • Instructor present to assist guests in creating
  • Set up and clean up of the party area

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO BOOK A CANVAS PARTY AT GONE PAINTIN':

  • Choose the canvas painting that you would like to create at least 1 week before the party from our canvas design books and our instructor will offer step by step instruction on re-creating the design that everyone in your party can take home on party day.  We will let you know if a design is not appropriate for your age group.  We can discuss this with you when you come in to pick your design.
  • If you would like a custom painting created for your party, the fee is $ 35.  We require at least a 1 week notice.
  • Due to limited space, all parties are “drop off” except for the party parents. If you feel your child is not ready for a drop off party, please talk to us about having the party at your place or before/after hours when the studio is closed to walk in customers.

PLEASE do not send children in fancy clothes for a canvas party.  Acrylic paint does not come out of clothes.

 

  Ceramics Painting Parties

Functional Fun

 

  

1.5 hours of studio time $ 280 for up to 10 guests. ( additional guests $ 25 pp ) 16 child max

  • This is a drop off party only

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Guests choose pieces from our fully functional ceramic display up to a $28 value.  We have plates, mugs, napkin holders, butter dishes, soapdishes, small vases, hanging tealight holders and more.  You may choose pieces that are priced higher and pay the difference.  All pieces are food and drink safe once glazed and fired.
  • All paint, glaze, firing and studio time is included
  • Stencils, sponges, dot stickers, writer bottles, bumpy doodles all included and available upon request
  • The birthday child will receive a custom ceramic plate created by Gone Paintin'
  • Guest of honor handprint on our birthday wall
  • Aprons provided for everyone, although ceramic paint does easily wash out of clothes
  • Instructor present to assist guests in creating
  • Set up and clean up of the party area

 

Glass Fusing Parties

Ages 7-11 - no glass cutting -  1.5 hours

Precut pieces of all shapes, sizes and colors are available. 

 

Ages 12 and older - glass cutting and instruction on use of glass tools -  1.5 hours

 

  • 4x4 clear squares -  Coaster party (set of 2) $ 180 up to 8 guests. (additional guests $20 per child)
  • 6x6 clear square -   Suncatcher party $ 220 up to 8 guests.  (additional guests $ 25 per child)
  • 8x8 clear square -  functional party $ 280 up to 8 guests ( includes shaping of each piece ). (additional guests $ 35 per child)
  • Glass Pendants  - create 6 glass pendants.  Includes 6 bails and 1 chain -  $200 up to 8 guests. (additional guests $25 per child)

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Choice of base size glass to create , either 4", 6" or 8" clear square base glass. 4" party will create two 4" pieces. Pendants are offered in multiple color bases and not just clear.
  • All children cutting glass will be required to wear safety glasses which will be provided.  Safety instructions for creating with glass

  • The birthday child will receive a custom ceramic plate with their name and age on it created by Gone Paintin', painted, fired and ready to take home and eat off it

           Choose the size glass for your party

              Let us know if you want a specific design to be instructed or if you want the guests to create their own designs

   Child Party Information

 

 Add an ice cream sundae bar to your party for an additional $40.  This includes 2 ice cream flavors of your choice, whipped cream and two toppings of your choice as well as all paper goods and utensils for the ice cream bar.  Not allergy friendly

 

Add slime to your party for an extra $8 per child.  Add 15 minutes to your party for slime.

  • A $25 non refundable party fee applies to all parties held in the studio during walk in studio time.  This is in addition to your party and is not deducted on the day of your party or count towards the cost of the party.
  • We will start your party on time regardless if all guests are present or not. We have a time schedule to stick to in order to accommodate other parties or events and cannot wait for your guests who arrive late to start.  We will be ending your party on time so we can clean up and prepare for our next party or event.  Please ask your guests to arrive a few minutes early so everyone can get seated and ready to party.
  • If you want specific pieces and quantity of pieces available on the day of the party, a 2 week notice is needed to order them, otherwise our studio stock will be used. 
  • Due to limited space, ALL PARTIES (except the party animal party for ages 5 and younger) are “drop off” except for the party parents.  Please let your guests know this ahead of time.  If you feel your child is not ready for a drop off party, please talk to us about having the party at your place or before/after hours when the studio is closed to walk in customers. 
  • For ceramics and glass, you will be called when your pieces are fired and ready to be picked up.  They will be packed and labeled with each child’s name on them for safety and ease of distribution. This will take approximately 14 days. Party host is responsible for picking up all pieces.  Pieces left in the studio past 30 days will be donated to a local charity.  Canvas parties will take paintings home on party day.
  • Please be mindful of the time as there may be another party after yours.  Party times vary between 1-2 hours depending on age and project.  We will be set up and be ready to start on time.  Please advise your guests to arrive early to avoid a late start to the project.  We don't want to cut into your celebration time for food and cake by getting a late start. If you would like to extend the time of your party and we are able to accommodate you the cost is $ 25 per half hour.
  • All cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your party to receive a refund.  No refunds will be given if notice is received less than 14 days in advance.
  • Full payment for your party is due on the date of your party.  Thank you. 

A final head count will be needed 24 hours in advance and final payment due on the day of the party.  We must have a headcount to set up for your party ahead of time.

  • You are welcome to bring your own party snacks and drinks.  Eating or drinking is postponed until the creation part of the party is completed.  The party is turned over to the host after the painting or project is completed.  We try to leave you 30 minutes for food and cake if you opt for this.

Adults ages 18 years old and up

 

Any reason is a good reason for an adult party! Adults need to get rid of stress daily and sometimes by the hour. We can host your private party or just provide a unique venue for your event. We will work with your party planner or caterer to help get your party organized. Some party ideas are: Birthday Party, Bachelorette Party, Divorce Party, Team Building, Office Party, Holiday Party, Family Reunion, Class Reunion, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Corporate Party.

 

Canvas Painting Private Party - on or off site

 Sunday - Thursday $ 180 for up to 6 painters (additional painters $30 pp)

 Friday & Saturday $ 350 for up to 10 painters (additional painters $35 pp)

10 person minimum required. 

If you end up with less than 10 a $ 5 studio fee will be applied per person the night of the party.

Everyone gets to chose what they want to do.  Choose from: Canvas, Ceramics or Glass Fusing

Every guest pays per project and leaves with something they like.

If your choice is canvas, we must have your chosen design option 24 hours before the party.

   Mixed Media parties can be held in the studio or off site

  Adult Party Policies

  • Please be mindful of your 2.5 party time.  You will be charged $25 per half hour to extend your party beyond that time.  Have your guests arrive on time to allow for social time and to snack and grab a drink before your creation starts.  Most creations take about 2 hours so we have allotted 30 minutes for socializing for you built into the party time.
  • A final head count will be needed 24 hours in advance and full payment due on the day of the party.
  • You may bring your own food, snacks, and drinks.  Please have your party planner or caterer call us if you are using one.  Try to avoid greasy finger foods if working with ceramics.  Your final product may not come out as you had hoped from greasy fingers.
  • PLEASE do not come in fancy clothes for a canvas party.  Acrylic paint does not come out of clothes. We are not responsible for damaged clothing
  • Safety glasses are mandatory if doing glass in our studio.  They will be supplied or you can bring your own
  • Gone Paintin' is not responsible for pieces left in our studio for more than 30 days.  They will be donated to a local charity.
  • Cancellation is required 14 days in advance to receive a refund of your party fee.  If cancellation not received at least 14 days in advance of your party date, no refunds will be given, however you may change the date of your party.

If you have 15 or more people and a cause than you have the ingredients for a fundraiser with Gone Paintin'. We love the opportunity to give back to the community or to those in need. Contact Us to book your Fundraiser.

 

We will donate 20% back to your non profit organization.  For Profit fundraisers ticket price is decided upon by you.

We can do canvas, ceramics or glass fusing fundraising events in our studio or at the venue of your choice.

 

Public Fundraisers

"Fundraiser For A Day"

We hold "Fundraiser For A Day" from Monday - Thursday.  We will post your Fundraiser on our calendar and on Facebook.  You will be responsible for also getting the word out about coming in to create on your chosen Fundraiser Day and we will donate 20% of the days sales to your non profit organization.

 

 

Off Site Parties and Events

Party at Your Place

Gone Paintin’ offers a complete mobile studio option and can bring any party to your place.

Same prices as offered in our studio and we provide everything except the tables and chairs.

15 person minimum for off site events.  If you have less than 15 persons, payment due will be based on 15 person minimum

If your guests wish to pay before the party we can set up an online payment option for you.  Just ask !

$ 50 off site travel fee, Sundays $100 starting July 1, 2018
